SHIPPING & HANDLING

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days depending on payment method. After that, delivery time within the United States is 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

Orders Placed on Friday after 2:00pm EST will be processed on the next business day. We do not ship on the weekends or Holidays.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, strikes or weather.

If a package is lost after we ship it, which does occasionally occur, Positive People Products will not be responsible if the tracking information lists it as “delivered”. If the package is sent to an address other than the one you specified, upon return of original package to warehouse, PPP will reship the order.

Please note that PPP is not responsible for errors of USPS, UPS and FEDEX, or if you provide or confirm an incorrect address. It is very important that you ensure that the address you give to us is correct, as any mistake would delay delivery and could entail extra expense to you.

Packages undeliverable by our shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded minus a 15% restocking fee, once received and processed at our shipping hub.

Once an order has been processed, we will send tracking information, so you can follow your purchase all the way to your doorstep. Depending on the product you purchase, you could receive more than one shipment.

If you have trouble with your credit card transaction not being authorized, there are two options available to you. You may call your bank and tell them to authorize the charge, that usually does the trick and your order will go through. If that doesn’t work, please email us at support@positivepeopleproducts.com and we can offer you another payment option. We accept eCheck (ACH) , Pay via Green Check

 Electronic check processing is somewhat similar to paper check processing, only faster. Instead of a customer     manually filling out a paper check and sending it to the business they need to pay, today’s technology allows the process to happen electronically, saving both time as well as paper waste. PLEASE NOTE: If your order is $500.00 or more, we will need an order confirmation (by phone or email) stating that you approve of this purchase. This additional step is for your protection.
