Returns/Refunds Policy

We understand that you may need to return a product. Should you feel the need to do so, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate the process. Please contact us at 702-982-6656 or support@positivepeopleproducts.com and one of our Customer Care Representatives would be happy to assist you with a RMA number. No returns on open items.

Limited to one return or exchange per customer. Only purchases up to $100.00 qualify for a refund. We do not take returns based on taste. We typically process approved return/refund requests within 1-3 business days once return has been received, 15% restocking fee will apply.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost after we ship it, which does occasionally occur, Positive People Products will not be responsible if the tracking information lists the order as “delivered,” which means UPS or the courier service delivered the product to the address specified. If the package is sent to an address other than the one you specified, upon return of the original package to Positive People Products, will reship the order. Please note that Positive People Products is not responsible shipments to a wrong address that you entered incorrect.

Returns are allowed within 14 days.

  1. Returns must be unused and unopened.
  2. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  3. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Refunds will not be issued until the product has been confirmed received, but once received

every effort will be made to handle the refund same day. Visa and Master Card can take up to

10 days for refund to appear back on your card.

  1. Disposition of unopened refunded products to be decided.
  2. There is a 15% restocking fee for all product returns.

Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

Damage During Shipping

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are triple tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48hrs of receipt of your shipment. Please contact support@positivepeopleproducts.com  and provide detailed information (pictures of product and package) for any product damaged during shipping within that time.
